We at Laurel Park West under no circumstances will distribute any information regarding any of our residents to any person or agency without full written permission from either the resident or the responsible party. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a medical emergency and then pertinent information MUST be transferred in order to ensure proper treatment. This is clearly stated in our Admissions Agreement and will be fully explained at the time of admission.

Laurel Park West has an extensive Bill of Rights that is fully explained and available to each and every resident, next of kin, responsible party and all of Laurel Park West’s employees.
